News

TULARE – Adventist Health Medical Office – Tulare proudly welcomes board-certified vascular surgeon LaMar Mack, MD, and board-certified family nurse practitioner Diana Caudillo, FNP-C. Both are committed to providing expert vascular care to the community.

“My top priority is to find the best surgical solution to ease my patient’s discomfort and return them to a better quality of life,” says Mack. “From diagnosis to surgery to recovery, my role is to provide the best care possible and then encourage healthy lifestyle changes for continued good health.”

“Having been born and raised in the Central Valley, I understand the health disparities afflicting my community,” says Caudillo. “It’s rewarding to help patients, especially those with language barriers.”

Mack cares for patients with diseases of the arteries, veins and lymphatic system. He has extensive experience in all areas of vascular surgery and a special interest in endovascular repair of thoracic and abdominal aorta; open repair of abdominal aorta; and brachiocephalic arterial repair.

As a board-certified family nurse practitioner, Caudillo works alongside Mack to treat and manage patients with vein and arterial diseases. She also performs varicose vein procedures, including injection compression sclerotherapy and vein ablations.

Mack is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is active in his profession as a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery and Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society. Previously, he served on the board of directors for the Tulare County Medical Society. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals and electronic medical publications.

After time spent as a registered nurse, Caudillo has developed a passion for critical care that ultimately led her to pursue a master’s degree in family nurse practitioner. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Mack and Caudillo are accepting new patients and may be reached at Adventist Health Medical Office – Tulare, 2059 N. Hillman St., with a phone number of 559-605-0090.
