Adventist Health St. Helena Stands Ready for You and Your Family

News

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by the unprecedented coronavirus (COVID-19) event. As a physician, I am inspired as I see communities, our nation and the world coming together to fight this pandemic.

For more than 142 years, Adventist Health St. Helena has provided exceptional care for the Napa Valley. This enduring commitment to community health guides us as we face this difficult challenge of responding to COVID-19.

Over the past several weeks, our hospital team has met to prepare for the coronavirus pandemic and ensure we can safely care for our patients and community. We are seeing the benefits of our preparation and collaboration, and we feel confident we have the necessary precautions in place to protect our patients, physicians and associates.

We have a highly skilled and experienced patient care team who stands ready to treat any patient that needs our help. We are working together and in close collaboration with our national, state and local government and health agencies to share best practices, develop policies and continue to refine effective emergency plans to address staffing issues, space, supplies, testing and other logistical considerations of managing a potential surge of patients.

Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have precautions in place to safely care for you at our hospital or any of our clinics.

Our team is more committed than ever to our community, and we are dedicated to supporting you all through this unprecedented time. Please stay safe and know that you can count on all of us at Adventist Health St. Helena.

In good health,

Steven Herber, MD, President
