How summer can help motivate a productive morning routine
With warmer weather and longer days, summer might be the only inspiration you need to transform from a night owl to an early bird. Here are a few ways summer can help motivate you to get out of bed and ready for the day ahead.
- Embrace nature’s alarm clock. With the sun rising before 6 a.m., the subtle increase of natural light is an easy way to prepare your body for a productive morning routine. Try opening your curtains or blinds before you go to bed and embrace the early morning light as a sign to start the day.
