We know, we know—It’s hard to stay active and fit during the holidays. Between shopping, errands, taking care of kids, holiday parties and a busy volunteer schedule, you have to fit in your workouts somehow! If you’re too busy breaking a sweat in the kitchen to break one in the gym, no worries! We have a few exercises suggestions that you can do at your desk.
